Booking Terms and Conditions

Deposit of £10 per person is required for bookings made 7 days in advance.Deposit of one nights stay is required for bookings made within 7 days of arrival.
Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance may be cancelled without penalty. Cancellations made within 7 days will be liable for the first nights stay.
In the event that the cancelled room is re-let, a full refund will be given less any administration charges (Credit/Debt Card Charges)
Check in is available from 3.00pm -8.00pm (15:00 hours to 20:00 hours) Early check in is available with prior notice. Failure to contact us with check ins after 8.00pm may result in your room being re-let, without notice.
Check out is by 10.00am on day of departure (10:00 hours) Later check outs are available on request with prior notice when booking.
Breakfast is available from 8.00 am (08:00 hours) to 9.00am (09:00 hours)Earlier breakfasts can be arranged for those that want to get up and go to enjoy the best part of the day.
Smoking is not permitted within the building due to Scottish Law. However smokers are welcomed to smoke in the designated smoking area outdoors.
Pets are more than welcome however we do ask that they are not left in the rooms when not occupied for safety reason. There are a number of short walks near the property that both pets and owners will enjoy. Prior notice is required if you wish to bring your pet.
